Just returned from a chilled stay in a West Wales. Been to Lampeter many times before but first stay at Robins Roost. Such a fabulous stay from the moment we walked in. Di and Liam are the most welcoming and generous hosts, nothing was too much bother. Warm, homely and welcoming. Nice big room with lovely refreshment table, overlooking the...

This is a genuinely friendly B&B. Despite a "hiccup" in the date of arrival, the owners made us very welcome, and our experience was completely along the lines of the other reviews on Tripadvisor. You should ignore the one reviewer who thought it was rude to be asked to take shoes off at the front door -- this is a...

Great place to stay, Liam and Di made me feel very welcome , my room had a wonderful view and was very spacious and comfortable. Tea making facilities, fresh milk in fridge, TV and a super breakfast all made this visit to Lampeter very special. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable at Robins Roost.

What a lovely couple Di & Liam are, they made us so welcome, and they were most helpful, booking us a table at a local hostility for our dinner and arranging for a taxi. We found the B&B to be very comfy and welcoming, Di & Liam made us a welcome cup of tea with biscuits, I must say that...

Di and Liam both made us very welcome throughout our short stay. Our room was comfortable, clean and provided all we needed. We slept well and enjoyed our room views. We had a tasty pre-organised evening meal and ideal breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble .

What a lovely couple Di and Liam are. They are very welcoming and are happy to go that extra mile to make your stay that little bit special. Good idea that we had a fridge outside door with as much fresh milk as we wanted.. Lots of lovely little homely touches. A beautiful view from our bedroom window as well....

Di and Liam are fantastic hosts; they would to anything to help. Rooms were good let down by the plastic bathroom suite. Wake up to the cock-a-doodle-do and a field full of cows, sheep & hens. Our room was at the back (room 4) - great! Room 2 had a bit of road noise from the farmer early morning but...

What a welcoming play to stay, home from home. Woke up to beautiful views and delicious breakfast. Di couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. A very relaxed place to be. Everything one needed at every turn, in a clean and comfortable home. As a woman travelling alone too, I would recommend this highly.
