An easy 15min walk from Tywyn station and 10 to the coast, wonderful friendly and accommodating hosts, spacious rooms (we occupied no's 3 - twin and 5 - double, both were perfect), lovely soft beds, big, soft, fresh smelling towels, comfy chairs so we could all sit and chat together in 1 room, great breakfast, complimentary biscuits and water provided...

Third stay in a lovely B&B, Phil & Lynn always makes you feel so welcome. Lovely large ensuite rooms and great breakfast. Great location with only a gentle stroll to the town and beach. Well worth a stay.

We are a mixed group, couples and singles, who stay at Leahurst each summer for a week when we go fishing out of Aberdovey and Lynn & Phil make our holiday complete. The welcome we receive, the service they provide, the quality of the establishment, food and hospitality are excellent. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and have already booked for...

An absolutely wonderful B&B. Lynn and Phil have gone the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need even down to a razor and tube of shaving cream (perfect as my husbands shaver was still at home). So if you want a lovely well run B&B to stay in I can highly recommend the Leahurst.

We stayed at Leahurst for two nights. On arrival we were given tea and cake which was a lovely welcome . The room was of a really high standard, with excellent facilities - refreshments , robes, a really useful iron and board (we were attending a wedding in Tywyn). Breakfast was excellent with a good choice, and beautifully cooked. We...

My husband and I have stayed a few times in this great B&B. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts Phil and Lynn, and they have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Rooms are spacious and beds as comfortable as home, all immaculately clean. The breakfasts are great quality, superbly cooked and...

Stayed 3 nights and agree wholeheartedly with other reviews. A very warm welcome from Lynn and Phil, excellent room with superb attention to detail (including the wine glasses, corkscrew and scissors to open the complimentary biscuits!). VERY comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. A very good base for exploring the area. The best we've stayed in, excellent...

Stayed one night after an 85 mile cycle ride found Phil and Lynn excellent hosts, they were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was very good. I would have no hesitation recommending it and hope to return and do more cycling and walking in the area.

Who am I to disagree with the other reviewers about Leahurst? From the moment you arrive and park in the undercover area until you reluctantly leave the next day, you know you are in a special bed and breakfast. A lovely house, very sympathetically designed as a bed and breakfast with a very imposing entrance hall complete with a baby...
