We stayed here for 1 night last minute as visiting family near by. For the £60pn it delivered what we needed and that was a bed for the night. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds small and sound transfer was an issue for us in room 104. The rooms are a chalet style and open onto the main metal staircase...

Yes the previous reviews are right...outside the adjacent building looks awful, but inside it's excellent. Room was spacious comfortable and clean and had the benefit of a spa bath. The driftwood restaurant serves good quality pub food. The motel is in the perfect location if you are walking the coastal path. Friendly and helful staff. There are plenty of alternative...

Genuinely had a great stay at this hotel, staff are very friendly and empathetic with a mention of Mathew to whom nothing was to much. Dinner is fab to and exceeds all expectations, it's a gem to find as location is great. It's no Dorchester however it really is a comfy place to stay.

When I am not working in SEA this is my local. Not just for a pint, although mostly for a pint! I agree that from the outside things could be better, but things are moving in that direction and are not in control of the Motel. That aside, the Driftwood Bar and Restaurant is probably going to be a great...

Stayed here for one night. Not the greatest of settings and at first glance looks a little world weary but in fact the rooms are excellent in being clean, spacious and comfortable. The associated bar / restaurant (The Driftwood) is also very nice and had a very pleasant atmosphere of both locals and motel guests. All the staff were very...

I stayed at this hotel in June 2016, for one night. I was taking part in an overnight motorbike charity ride from Holyhead to Skegness in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. I've seen many reviews about the run down adjacent building, but please dont let that put you off. This place is up with some of the best 4 star...

Had the best time here! Looks a bit dishevelled from the outside but I think that adds to the charm! Had wonderful service all weekend from Matthew and Emily, mega helpful! Room was spotless, spacious and the bath was great with the jets! Comfy bed, wifi and drinks :) really great value for money! We had dinner which was excellent...

Firstly the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, polite and caring. Secondly do not be put off by first appearances, there is an attached derelict business which is nothing to do with the Motel at all but does give a very bad first impression from the car park, please do not let this put you off. The rooms...

Firstly do not be put off by what the outside of this place looks like, the rooms here are as good as any 4 star hotel in the area, they are spotlessly clean, well equipped and just a very short walk from the beach. The food in the Driftwood Bar & Restaurant which is attached to the Motel is freshly...
