We wanted to escape the new year eve craziness and having stayed at the gazelle before, we knew it would be a unique experience on New Years eve. The accomadation is good and the staff are friendly, with Chris always on hand to make sure you are happy. On New Years eve it certainly wasn't a mad party but the...

We have recently returned from a New Year break at the Gazelle and overall, our impressions were very positive. There were fabulous views over to the Snowdonia Range from our very spacious room at the front of the hotel, a couple of niggles about the water pressure and a wonky toilet seat but it is an old building! The food...

We stayed at the Gazelle for 4 nights over new year to spend time visiting family and relaxing. Room 3 was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and offered amazing views. We ate at the hotel in the bar and on New Year's Eve in the restaurant; the food was excellent and service good although a bit hectic on New Year's Eve....

It was just as impressive the second time round and is now firmly on our favourite list for when visiting North Wales. With stunning views at any time of year from the balcony, outside seating area and dining room, it really is...

Chris, the proprieter, was very personable and helpful. Clean room, comfy bed and views as described. Breakfast was OK and the one evening meal we had in the restaurant was very tasty (...

The Gazelle was our first overnight stop on a 4 day tour of North Wales. There were 15 people in our group and we were all very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were good and the menu choice was excellent. The location on the shore of the Menai Straits is absolutely stunning with views across the water to Snowdonia...

Great view, food gorgeous and presentation of it lovely, rather limited choice if you don't want/like fish dishes. Friendly staff. Room nice but shower in the evening went from very hot to very cold and vice versa whilst hubby was in it with shampoo stuck on his hair! Empty shower and shampoo plastic vials from previous guests were found on...
