We stayed in this hotel as it was near to the Zip Line ride that we had travelled down to do - it was a good choice. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was very comfortable. Our dinner and breakfast were great and the current Covid restrictions were well observed and didn’t spoil our enjoyment of our stay. We will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in the area. Anglesey was a lovely place, by the way. Very picturesque and relaxing.
We hadn't been out for a while, because of restrictions, so we looked forward to going out again, & gladly we weren't disappointed. The welcome by staff, and food was great. (We had a chicken burger.) It was fantastic beer garden. We will be back. Diolch yn fawr am y gwasanaeth a'r croeso!
Perfect for a couple of nights to relax and explore Anglesey. We were desperate to get out, stretch our legs and get some fresh air. Perfectly located between Bangor and Beaumaris, it’s really easy to find and to get out and about. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Every single member of staff was polite, happy to help us out and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was really well laid out, well furnished and the spa bath was a really nice bonus. Don’t bother setting an early alarm in that bed, you’ll only be upset when you have to get out of it. 😄 Breakfast was perfect, not greasy, not too much and a really good selection to choose from. Bar area is a proper pub so you can have a couple of beers before bed in a nice setting before you turn in. However, when you go up to your room, you can’t hear anything from the bar below whatsoever. All in all, if you’re after a cheeky couple of nights away, you couldn’t go far wrong with the Anglesey Arms. 🤷🏼♂️…
We used the hotel as a base to explore the region, it’s an excellent position and easy to find. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the premises is well maintained and the choice of breakfast and evening meal’s were very good.
Good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice bar and restaurant areas. Excellent food and beer. Only complaint would be that the dinner service was very slow considering there were only a few people in.
