Stayed at Tre-Ysgawen Hall this weekends for two nights and really didn’t get the full use of the hotel (our fault not theirs) but overall the hotel is pleasant. Lovely old hall with the relevant décor although there are parts that need a little revamp. We didn’t explore the gardens but what I saw they looked beautiful and well maintained....

Booked myself and my daughter in for one night to relax after what we knew would be an emotionally tough day. It was just lovely - from the moment we were met a reception by the smiling receptionist til we checked out the following morning. The room was comfortable and clean, and a bottle of chilled prosecco was waiting for...

I have just returned from a totally relaxing break at this fantastic hotel and spa. The building is beautiful, full of history, the food was gorgeous (well done guys), the spa facilities were great with a nice clean, friendly atmosphere. The best thing about this hotel, however, is the quality of the staff. Impeccable table service in the dining room...

We enjoyed two days there with Secret Escapes (£108 b&b per night for two). The service was excellent, the location is in the middle of the Island and the food was good albeit expensive. The disappointment was the double bed in Room 10. It was a small bed for a luxurious hotel and was very, very soft. We experienced a...

We stayed over-night at Tre-Ysgawen Hall as we were attending a function held there and all I can say is Wow! A truly wonderful stay. The Hall is immaculate and the grounds are stunning. We used the Spa facilities and you can easily while away an hour or more in pamper luxury! After a wonderful evening attending the private function...

Stayed one night and had heard so much about the hotel and was expecting out and out luxury. It is in very impressive surroundings made even better by wonderful weather. Met by a pleasant receptionist but found our room was very ordinary, none of the luxury we have become used to whilst travelling all over the world. Perhaps the Americans...

This turn of the century manor is set in beautiful grounds. Decor is traditional & stylish. Rooms are comfortable with all the basic facilities. Spa is lovely. Returned home feeling thoroughly pampered & relaxed.

My husband and I have just returned from a two-night break at Tre-Ysgawen Hall to celebrate my birthday, and we really enjoyed our stay. We ate at Noelle's restaurant on the first night, and the food was absolutely outstanding. We eat out a lot at some nice places but I can honestly say I don't think I've enjoyed food so...

Having stayed at Tre-Ysgawen hall, I would recommend it to any person who fancies the most relaxing and luxurious break away. Our bedroom was lovely and fitted the whole country feel, it was lovely and warm and it just felt relaxing as soon as you walk in. The staff are fantastic, and will bend over backwards to make your stay...

We are frequent travellers to and from Holyhead ferry. Too often we treat Anglesey as a corridor but from time-to-time, especially if we are heading for the early morning ferry, we take the opportunity to get to know Anglesey. This was our best stop-over to date. We had a very relaxing stay, in the grand "manor". We took time to...
