Went here with friends on 15th/8/16. Recommended from a friend of mine who was here in the area 2 weeks ago. after being out all day. Stopped for a drink. Then decided to eat. Surprised. Pleasant pub. Staff friendly. Food excellent. Lovely setting. Value for money. Would recommend.

Went here today with my mother, my partner and my daughter after seeing a friends post on Facebook. I had a 10oz ribeye as did my mother, and my partner had the chicken stroganoff l and a kids pasta meal for my 2 year old daughter. My husband and I stayed for two nights and this place is very central for site seeing. We thought it was good value for money and though the rooms are snug and quite basic the place was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok, there was plenty of it and our evening meal was presented beautifully and tasted good,...

Went Sunday lunch time as a family. What a disappointment as a vegetarian, only one option from the main menu as a main meal, although very tasty pasta dish it was something I would have preferred as dish when eating out in the evening

Really lovely pub with very friendly staff -nicely furnished and toilets are very elegant and spotless -didnt eat but plenty were eating so it can't be bad? Only down side was dogs not allowed inside which was a shame as once the sun went down it was nippy outside

But I was wondering about the food. It's not exactly in the middle of a holiday town/village and was hoping the food would be...

My Husband and I stayed here for two nights the 3rd and 4th June with a voucher via a living social deal. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, This place is in a lovely location and a very good spot for exploring Anglesey.
