We enjoyed our stay at this B&B, although I get the feeling it would be an even better experience outside Covid times - the owner is clearly anxious to keep everyone safe, perhaps overly so. He was helpful with tips on local walks etc and provided all the essentials. We had the room with the bath rather than shower which was absolutely lovely - the bathroom is as big as the bedroom so there is ample floor space if you are short of space in the room itself which is cosy but very welcoming and has all you need for a short stay. Mattress was comfy and we slept well. The house is very central for the town but generally quiet at night -some noise in the morning if you're a late sleeper as one or two lorries pass by and customers start to queue for the village bakery which is just opposite - you might hear people talking from about 7.50. Wasn't an issue for us as we were up at 7.30. We enjoyed very nicely cooked egg and bacon the first morning but opted to pop across to the bakery and bring back some croissants for breakfast on the second day which was nice. It might be something the owner could consider offering as an alternative to a full English. All in all, a nice choice for a few nights.

This BnB is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The owner can be very proud of his refurbishment to this once dingy cottage. The proximity to all local attractions is brilliant all within short walking distance. The gentlemen confirmed he uses all local produce for his breakfasts and this showed in buckets, very tasty! only one small quibble the bed was not as comfortable as we would of liked but this could be easily rectified with a mattress topper or replacement, but I would return if this was confirmed. had the mattress been better my score would have been excellent.

Just returned from a 3 day break and have to say we feel totally relaxed an pampered. Gwiliym our host couldnt do enough for us and was a great front of knowledge when finding places to visit during our stay. This tranquil, quirky B&B is spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had the bedroom with the adjacent bathbroom, which was huge. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning (nothing kept warm on a hotplate!!!)by Gwilyim to perfection and we were even served fresh strawberries from his allotment. The location of the B&B is perfect for enjoying Beaumaris and Angelsey. We parked the car on the green in Beaumaris at a cost of £4.00 per day.........bargain Look forward to coming back to this little gem.

just got back from a lovely weekend break, the guest house is a pair of old converted cottages with odd steps, turns and hobbit doors. funny angles all over very quaint. it is very well kept with spacious rooms and a large outdoor seating area. the host was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was cooked just right. it is central to the town so parking spaces can be hard to come by but really that is the only negative from the whole weekend and isn't something in his control.. very much recommended for a couples get away
