Stayed here last weekend (Sat 19th August) whilst on a good weekend on the area. We weren't in the hotel for long as we spent the evening in the town. The shower was good and the room was clean (but basic). Staff friendly and helpful.

My family stayed there recently and my nan stayed in one of their downstairs "apartments". It isn't very wheelchair accessible, no hand rails etc and due to age of building can be uneven under foot. Your mother will probe need assistance there.
My nan is 90 and still quite able. note there are no lifts either.
