Lovely B&B just a very short walk from Prestatyn centre. Big comfortable bed, lovely wet-room style bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, perfect! The house is set in beautiful gardens. Malcom was a great host, breakfast served to order, all in all very convenient for our one night's trip to Prestatyn.

Lovely breakfast in a lovely stress free garden room after a very quiet nights sleep gets you off to a great start. Very happy with my room with en suite wet room, also benefited from having a mini fridge which proved useful. Malcolm was very polite and helpful, town was a short walk away, hopefully I'll be back up this...

I live just around the corner from this pleasent family run B&B , a relative of my husbands and his friend stayed here, they/we were made welcome and had a tour of the rooms, dining area and gardens, most impressive little hide away, minutes from town, my relative enjoyed his stay that much he is going back again. Would highly...

Four of us stayed at Plas Ifan at the end of our walk along Offa's Dyke. It is very conveniently located in the town being close to the high street and station. We were given a warm welcome by the owner to what is a rather quirky building. Our ensuite room was well furnished - a double and single bed...

We parked in the car park, and as soon as we were out of the car, Malcolm appeared as if by magic from the enchanted garden to greet us! He led us through the lovely 'secret garden' to the rear of the property, over a wooden footbridge above a lovely pond, and into the wooden orangery where we would eat...

I appreciate that this place has had positive reviews but I personally think it could be an amazing place if they put more effort into it. Do not be fooled by the photos you see because the place is not what you would expect. My first impression of the place was disappointing as the kerb appeal leaves alot to be...

We are very proud of our award winning garden with Wales in Bloom ,this year we were awarded a silver guilt certificate. Plas Ifan is a grade 2 historic listed building ,with path and drive way reflecting this old world charm. She was very unfriendly from the first greeting, abrupt and impolite upon arrival. We felt we should stay away...

With all B&B's in the area fully booked up (including Plas Ifan) the owners - Malcolm and Swan - were very sympathetic. Having just completed the Offa's Dyke Path, wild camping all the way, offered their back garden to camp in with full use of their facilities. That not being enough Malcolm went out of his way and contacted the...

Malcolm and Swan could not make you mourn welcome to their interesting and quiet home if they tried. We arrived earlier than expected but were made really welcome right from the start. The house is full of their pictures, paintings and interesting things. Lovely White garden and conservatory which you are able to use.

Our last stop on our walking holiday, we arrived late afternoon exhausted and was warmly welcomed by Malcolm with a pot of tea. Lovely place to stay, friendly and clean. Thank you Malcolm and Swan. Would definitely recommend.

Malcolm is a great host and went out of his way to make the stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast was fine and the lovely garden and back yard was a treat. This place is on the Offa Dyke's Path and provides the opportunity to go to the start point the day before and reduce the next day's mileage.
