Spent 4 days here for a family get together . 9 adults & 2 children . House is well appointed. All the rooms are if a good size and beautifully clean . Hot tub was great fun. It was November and the house was lovely and warm .. we didn’t even need to light the log burner ! We enjoyed some lovely walks too. Jane & Geraint made sure everybody was perfect. The little welcome pack of local treats was a nice touch too Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful location combined with a lovely home delivered a great experience on our recent holiday to North Wales. Jane, the property owner, was extremely helpful. We will recommend this to all our friends and colleagues and look forward to visiting again. Great Welsh hospitality. Tony and Coralie

Wow. I think this must be the nicest self catering accommodation I have ever rented. It is so spacious, clean, warm, relaxing and welcoming and definitely not done adequate justice by its photos/description. The huge very well equipped farmhouse kitchen/ dining room with its enormous table, American style fridge-freezer (plus spare fridge) and range-style cooker make catering and eating in a pleasure although there are some excellent nearby restaurants ( Pale Hall, Tyddyn Allan and Rhug Farm Shop/Bistro. The bedrooms are spacious and so comfortable most with superb en- suite facilities and big fluffy towels. There is a lovely hot tub on the patio outside the back door that we spent a lot of time in and thoroughly enjoyed. We didn't actually use the games room having a toddler to keep us entertained but loved the kiddie chairs and were grateful for the toddler proofing and equipment. Our thanks to the really helpful and welcoming owners for a lovely week and the generous welcome pack. We would love to come back when there are more things open.

An excellent property, well equipped, well designed and well maintained. Log fire (logs provided)_ hot tub , six beautiful bedrooms, fantastic kitchen/dining area. Simply the best self catering property we've sampled, highly recommended. An ideal place for a family get-together, there were 12 of us and it never felt crowded. we will go back
