Considering what we paid for the room and not knowing the going rates in the area this hotel is considerably over-priced. The breakfast was terrible quality - which seems to be the norm in Wales. We just had some toast and cereal in the end. Nice big comfy bed though. There was a wedding on and so there was some...

Me and my wife attended our nieces wedding at the Towers on Easter Monday we also booked for over night stay. The wedding venue and setting were fabulous, and the food was excellent. The room was well appointed and immaculate. Only one problem some of the bar staff could do with some customer service training.

Called in over Easter weekend with family for lunch . Slightly frosty reception when we turned without booking . Ordered food which was first class BUT why are the staff so miserable they really didn't want to be there. Told the waitress the food was lovely and I was dealt with a groan back. Poor customer service can ruin a...

I stayed at the hotel with my family a few months ago and had a great time. The staff are really friendly, the hotel was clean and we thought it was really good value. The swimming pool was just right, right size temp etc, we didn't have any of the treatments so can't comment on these.

Everything with the room was very clean and perfect. Beautiful view. No problems at all with the room. In the information leaflet provided we were told it was a heated pool but...

Stayed at the Towers for a show and stay on Friday and what a fabulous time we had! Lovely hotel rooms with complementary tea and coffee, sky TV and free WiFi! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was comfy. We used the spa on the Friday and the Saturday and it couldn't have been more relaxing, very spacious...

Went to a tribute night for our 38th wedding anniversary - were upgraded to a room in the annexe above the spa, which although situated at the back was still a very nice room. We did not use the spa facilities but they looked very nice and would have used them had we had more time. They are currently upgrading...

Stayed here midweek on a business trip and enjoyed the comfortable surroundings. Place was busy and got upgraded to a room in the spa block. Dined at the hotel and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to return if back in the area.
