One night stay in a very comfortabe room with all facilites expected. En suite clean and comfortable with wifi tea and coffee facilities. Access via private rear area with off street parking as opposed to through cafe. Breakfast was a treat and the owners are very welcoming and helpful. Not much in Llandovery but centrally located and a great stopping...

Only spent the one night on our way further north, but will be back if we are in the area again. Lovely welcome when we arrived, beautifully clean warm room, comfy bed and plenty of hot water for baths. Good breakfast which set us up for our onward journey too. Great value for money too.

Loved our stay here (6 people, 3 generations). Very friendly staff, great breakfasts, superb coffees. Rooms very nice, spotlessly clean. A bit of traffic outside from early-ish but that goes with the location.

Only used the cafe. Not that much to say really, fairly quick stop here, snack food was fine, coffee and hot chocolate were fine, prices were OK too. Would be happy to stop here again, but not much to distinguish it from other cafes. Not that I would expect there to be really. All OK. Would recommend.

We stayed there for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious (wie were two adults and a small child) and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was great and the hosts very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Cream Tea at Penygawse tea rooms. £3.95 for a fruit scone, clotted cream and jam, plus your choice of tea. You can't really go wrong there! They also do lunches and a number of other cakes etc. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something sweet!

Had lunch here, good service Freindly staff and good choice of menu. Home cooking is very nice. Had Brie and cranberry Sanwich, it was very good. It's in a good location, good parking across road in main car park. Will be returning again soon.

This was the first time we stayed at Penygawse and it didn't disappoint. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the breakfast was really good. The coffee was the best I'd ever had in Wales. We ate a late lunch there and it was very good. We would definitely go there again.

We had a nice room at the front of the building Shower was good which is nice after a long days walking. An excellent breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice and the coffee is to die for....
