I wouldn’t consider this hotel a four star hotel. Maybe they have some remodeled floors somewhere in the hotel?
The carpet was dirty, the beds were disheveled, the hallway smelled like smoke, the furniture is dated and had smudge marks and sticky stuff all over...More
I stayed here for 3 days for a business conference; for a large business/conference hotel, the price was extremely reasonable in a large city downtown area ($130-ish versus usually $189 and up); the room was very spacious, huge bathroom area! I stayed on 11th floor...More

Allocated a spacious Twin Queen room. Fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board, in-room safe & hairdryer. Decent air-conditioning. Good Wifi

Hello AB07Prest -
When you check-in, the system will hold funds for the amount of your room and tax and add $50.00 to that for incidentals. I always recommend using a credit card so that you don't hold up funds in your checking account. We also charge $26.00 plus tax for parking each night. There are no other charges than that. If you don't want to put a card down and your room and tax has been prepaid, then you are required to put down $100.00 in cash for incidentals and if you don't spend it, it will be refunded to you at check-out. Thanks.
