I really enjoyed my stay at LaQuinta. Nice clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. I will surely stay here again should the need arise. Most places I go to I have trouble with the internet, not here. Worked perfectly.
The front desk staff were very rude and were talking and lighting each other while I was waiting to check in with my two small children at 11 pm. Very unprofessional. Additionally, the rooms smelled very damp Amd like mildew. We asked for extra blankets and they told us they had none. The “breakfast” they provided was a bagel and yogurt. Would not recommend
I advise everyone to choose a different more caring place to sleep. The room we stayed in had a terrible leak, no one informed us of said leak, and everywhere else was already booked by the time we arrived. No discount for our discomfort was given and their whole attitude was “sorry not my problem”
There was no air conditioning in my room in August in Memphis. Staff didn't seem to be aware, although this did not seem to be a new problem. It was not fixed. There was not another room to which I could transfer. I won't be back.
Carpet was wet in the suite living area & had a terrible moldy smell immediately when entering the room. Contacted the front desk & they where to leave a note for the manager & we never heard a thing. Called back 2 days after checkout & still no response
