We arrived by car, a little fatigued after driving from Nashvile, but David and his companion whisked the luggage away instantly and removed the car off to park it. We did not have a room with a view of the river, but a very pleasant aspect over the trees and small square nearby. We reserved for dinner at "Paulettes", the...

We were able to book our last minute trip through trip advisor but as soon as we arrived we were told the hotel was sold out. After calling Trip Advisor we were offered rooms at their sister hotels. My advise would be to call the hotel before booking online to assure a room is available.

September 2015 - We stayed for 5 nights at the River Inn, and we were well looked after, with the staff so friendly and helpful. The Deluxe room we stayed in had a view of the Mississippi and we walked every day along the Riverwalk which is about 2 miles in length but worth it. The local shop and eateries...

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 2 nights. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very welcoming. In fact, we stayed in many hotels on this trip and the staff here were the best anywhere-by far. We spoke to many people in Memphis who were shocked we had opted to visit as part of our honeymoon-...

Lovely hotel on Mud island on the river. We were located in annex across the road, we had deluxe room with river view and it was stylish, very comfortable and quiet. The roof terrace bar was great and the food was especially good - small plates and so tasty we ate there every night. Bar staff and receptionists were particularly...

This was our first stop on a 3 city break in USA and what a fantastic welcome we received not just at this hotel but in Memphis. Stopped here for 4 nights from, arrived quite late on the evening but the warm welcome by reception staff was fabulous and topped off by an ice cold glass of champagne! We had...

The staff, the quality of the hotel, the food, everything was first class. Staff very friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful view of the river from our room. It was a very quiet hotel. It was across the bridge from Memphis, but only a short ride away. It was a great place to get away from the downtown after...

A quick get away that was a pleasant short car ride away. It felt like a world away from the stresses of life. Peaceful and quaint, a lovely walk away from a deli, a coffee shop, the market. The sunset over the Mississippi was spectacular. I loved the bedding and glass of port with truffles at turndown. Delicious coffee was...

We rolled up without a reservation & the front desk staff were very helpful. Helpful to the point that when we returned at check in time we had been upgraded to a junior suite, which is one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. We loved the port & chocolates, the rooftop bar & the breakfast was superb....
