A beautiful hotel, set in acres of lush greenery and woods. Driving up toward the hotel felt like time had rewound. You'll catch a castle ruins along route. We stayed in a twin room. It was a cosy room, with an old-fashioned charm about it. It was however surprising to find a nice large bath and shower, albeit modern. The... More

We stayed here for one night. This hotel is fantastic. our room was a standard twin with a large bathroom, very comfortable and charming. The sitting rooms had a great selection of sofas or chairs with open fires. The restaurant was lovely, with fantastic food and also fantastic service. The grounds were stunning - I cannot praise this hotel enough.... More

We had a wonderful two nights at the Glengarry! The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The hotel is situated on a beautiful loch and is surrounded by walking trails. There are castle ruins you can explore not too far from the hotel. The rooms are large and luxurious. Nothing is forgotten. I loved having... More

We have been coming here for many years now, both as guests & to have lunch or coffee. It is a lovely building with beautiful grounds to wander around. A lovely, retro hotel in a Victorian castle, in a stunning location overlooking the Loch. It's worth getting up early and taking a walk in the grounds as the air is so fresh and pine-scented. Efficient and unobtrusive staff, generously sized rooms, and a comfortable restaurant serving tasty meals. Perfect get-away!

We stayed here in September whilst visiting the Isle of Skye, we stayed one night arriving around 4.30. We enjoyed lovely relaxing drinks and shortbread in the library, really had time to unwind. Our room was very pleasant maybe just needs better pillows, they were very flat and hard. Spotlessly clean and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Reception and waiting... More
