We spent one night here over the Bank Holiday weekend and would definitely stay again. We had a chalet room which was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was large with a double size shower .It was extremely quiet so we had a really good nights sleep. Your management leaves a LOT to be desired, your standards are clearly atrocious and should be addressed immediately. Upon arrival we were led through to an empty restaurant and...

To begin with I would like to inform you that this hotel doesn't even deserve the one star I have given it. I would have given none if I could. When my family and I arrived we were shown our table and were seated. Twenty minutes later a member of our party had to go to the reception desk to...
