Stayed at the Tyndrum Inn withe my friend on day 3 of our West Highland Way adventure. This hotel is an essential stop on the Way excellent hospitality from Jennifer and her team. Food is really good in particular my favourites are the South Indian curry and Tyndrum chicken. Food drink and accommodation are very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend an overnight stay and a meal here.
Visited for an evening meal on Tuesday and simply had to go back the evening after as the food was that good! Great prices too. Four of us ate for £40, which considering the quality of the food, was amazing value for money. The chicken Tyndrum is one of the nicest meals I have ever had. The mash was delicious and the vegetables were beautifully cooked. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Look forward to visiting again.
Going to Oban last year we stopped here for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we decided to do the same again this year. Unlike other places that don't do lunch until 12 or 12.30pm, twice we have arrived at around the 11.30am mark and they are happy to serve lunch then. This time my hubby and I had the Chicken pie which was really tasty. The service is really excellent and they have a 'one door in - one door out' policy and hand sanitizer placed around the tables. Definately on my list as one of my go to places.
Had a lovely meal here with great service . Sat outside with dog and the food and service was great . I had pasta of the day and son had fish and chips. food was lovely and plentiful. Already looking forward to eating here on West Highland way again next year.
Used as a one night stay whilst walking the West Highland Way. The staff were friendly. The room & bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was pleasant. Very well located for the West Highland Way and nearby Oban and Fort William.
