We attended a Very Special Family Christening here on Sunday. After a wonderful Church Service we retired to this well known local hotel for the celebrations. The Buffet was absolutely first class and the owners could not do enough for us. Therefore all in all it was a wonderful day.

My husband and I stayed in Feb 2017 for 2 nights. We were on the top floor which had lovely views of the river. We ate in the bar the first night and enjoyed our meal which we thought was reasonably priced. The room was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the small seating area while having a coffee and looking...

Stayed here between Christmas and New Year. The lounge was decorated all festive, lovely place to sit with a hot chocolate and good book. My room was on the top floor, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. Only thing missing was a packet of biscuits for my coffee but I'd eaten too much over Christmas so that's ok!...

old beautiful building, we arrived late and hoped we could still eat something small. disapointment all over, the answer was <NO>. this was the first time in 9 days, that the owner came with the excuse that it was forbidden by law to let small children eat in a pub. please man, be a little flexible, give us a table...

Stayed recently for third time. Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, room clean with great river and mountain views - stayed in Lomond room. As usual, ate evening meal in adjoining pub. Excellent meal and felt good value. Mak a Din playing, great atmosphere and good sing song! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Only complaint, disappointed again that unable to book...

The room was warm and clean. Lovely hot water. Sadly the bathroom fan made a noise like an engine and there was a floodlight in the garden that shone directly through the flimsy curtains onto the bed. The breakfast was less than you would expect when the price is compared to other B&Bs in Killin. No fruit, except for a...

Visited here with an elderly father-in-law who was able to access the premises despite having to walk with a 3 wheeled walker. When we arrived for dinner, we were met by friendly and helpful bar-man who gave first class service throughout our meal, despite getting busy later on. Yes the menu is pub-grub in it's content, but the quality of...

Called for a pint and a snack which was fine just wish the owners would learn how to smile. I did hear that it is up for sale and I am not surprised a nice welcome goes a long way when you are dealing with the general public.

We had a very pleasant stay. The bar in the hotel has a rich bier selection and the owner was very helpful in making the best choice. The dinner was served promptly and was delicious. We had an upper level room and the view was beautiful.

We stayed here for one night as we were running in the Killin 10k the next day. We arrived late evening but received a warm welcome (contrary to previous reviews) and informed of breakfast times etc for our stay and shown to our room. Good sized twin with large ensuite shower room. There was live entertainment in the bar that...
