Our first night in Scotland and we appreciated the warm welcome received. Room was comfortable and when there was an issue with the shower, the owners went out of their way to find a different one to use in the morning prior to our hike.

We spent only one night in this fantastic B&B, we'll for sure come back in the future. We were four and stayed in the family room. The family room was very big, it was actually a flat. The bathroom too was very big. Breakfast was excellent. Private parking was much appreciated. Jane was very friendly, we talked about rugby and...

Fantastic location, very nice town in a great location. The hosts are so friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to have a chat with us, and sit down with us to help show routes to go for a tour along the coast. Lovely spacious rooms in a beautiful house. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! The staff were terrific, very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone exploring Loch Lonond or hiking the West Highland Way as it's conveniently located. Oh, and the traditional Scottish breakfast is amazing!

We stayed at the Hawthorns for a week. We will return there for we liked it. The breakfast was excellent. It's a good place to explore the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Chris and Jane were very helpful. We went to the Clachan and the Drymen Inn for dinner. Both places are about a two minutes walk away.

I had a lovely first night off the trail (WHW) at the Hawthorns! I arrived early but they were very accommodating holding my stuff and letting me into my room as soon as they could.
