We stayed in Rothesay for a night but didnt want to eat in the town so drove around the island and found this gem. Excellent quality food at realistic prices served by happy and efficient staff. Recommended

My birthday lunch went very well. Plenty of choice on the menu and food was served fairly quickly despite being prepared to order. Staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Just a pity I was driving so only had one glass of wine.

We had the local filliet steak which was cooked beauitfully to our liking, and it was local beef from the island. The puddings were also lovely, again cooked on the premices, rather than wholesale puddings which are often found. Locals using the pub was encouraging.

Hello, can you let me know if you have accommodation for an elderly lady who needs wheelchair/walker access? My wife and I are planning to bring my 90 year-old mum up to Bute at the beginning of October for a few days. So two rooms would be needed in total.
