The challenge of a day's drive from South England, taking an overall 9 hours, could not have been more amply rewarded by the soft landing on arrival at Taynuilt before the next day's assault on Mull. Janet and Ashley looked after us attentively and energetically. The choice of food at dinner that evening, and the breakfast the following morning was,...

We booked here for the food and were certainly not disappointed as it was really a fantastic all round experience. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was spot on and everything about the food was excellent. It's difficult to pick a favourite dish but of particular note was the breakfast which was an unexpected bonus and immaculately done.

Great find. Unique rooms and fabulous food. Used as a convenient base for a trip to Mull. Would certainly return. Rooms furnished in an individual style. No 'corporate look' here.... Friendly staff. So glad I found this!

This small fabulous restaurant with rooms is an absolute delight. The food is very top notch in my opinion and I am sure will be well on its' way to some excellent awards. Chef John McNulty produces food that embraces all that is great about Scotland's larder and cleverly constructs food of the highest quality. He has some very original...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for just one night in sept 2016. It was a last minute booking as we were too tired to stay driving any further. We found this hotel on Air B+B, and what an exciting find it was. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, they were renovating some rooms when we were...

Thank you Jill, Being in the Michelin guide certainly does boost our business and credibility in what we do here, Nothing says were experts, passionate or doing it right quite like the recognition from bodies such as Michelin, the AA and other reputable guides and assessors. More so is the level of repeat business we are receiving, you can chase...

Had a couple of days in the middle of a work assignment in Glasgow so hired a car and got busy on expedia to find a hotel on an impromptu tour of the Highlands. It wasn't easy as it was the middle of Easter but an option to stay here turned up and I clicked on it with relief. And...

We checked in to our room 10 minutes before our meal was booked for, as there'd been an accident on the road and huge delays. No probs, said Lauren, we'll change your booking. Went off to our room - all the amenities and aiming for old fashioned comfort - then went down. David advised on drinks; amuse bouche arrived. Delicious....

Stayed for one night 29th March with my elderly parents and dog. The hotel is very well situated with ample car parking to the rear. An old coach house it's been lovingly restored to a high standard.
