We stayed at the Kilmory for a few days in January. We chose this B&B primarily because we were travelling with our dog. There was plenty of parking and it is well located on the edge of Lochgilphead. Although close to the main road, we were not affected by traffic noise & our room overlooked the loch. The room was...

We visited Kilmory guesthouse on our way to Kinnacraig for our journey to Islay. The guesthouse is situated near the road to Cambletown and leads directly to Kinnacraig. Rooms and beds are very good. Breakfast is excelent with cereals and milk or yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans and plenty of toast. We`re looking forward for next year.

Very easy to find, lovely welcome, lots of parking; room was fine and breakfast great. I appreciated offer to serve breakfast 'outside opening time' to allow for early departure. Looking forward to my return.

We stayed here during our club dive trip to Loch Fyne. This is a nice guest house. Our hosts were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and the food was good and very well presented. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely return.

We stayed here for 6 days and had three amazing rooms on the top floor each one different. We were given breakfast every morning and were given ideas as to where to go for the day. The house itself in great condition and the owners were fantastic. Overall a brilliant experience and would love to come again

Rob and Barbara were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfasts were fantastic! There is amazing scenery in the local area, as well as boutique shops and a small children's play area. There is also...

Both Lochgilphead and the Kilmory Guest House encapsulate every reason an American tourist might want to visit small-town Scotland: personable, friendly, scenic and knowledgeable about all the charms and people famous and not-so-famous. Both Mary and Rob made can whip up a full Scottish breakfast and a lot of Scottish charm. Lochgilphead is a clean and earnest village principally strung...

We stayed two nights at Kilmory guest house, using Lochgilphead as a base from which to explore Kilmartin Glen, and also to walk the length of the Crinan canal. (You can get a bus from Lochgilphead to Crinan on certain days, and there are very regular buses back from Ardrishaig to Lochgilhead at the end of the walk.) Kilmory Guest...
