We had a good stay at the hotel. It's in a nice location and the staff was nice enough, except for one grumpy old-ish man who seemed to be there to roam the corridors and prejudge guest rather than make their stay a good one. The room was nicely decorated with state of the art facilities, unlike the bar which...

My partner and I had a great two night stay at the Jura hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good advice about how to get up the Paps, and spot wildlife. Our room faced over the harbour, and was very clean, comfortable and warm. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fairly priced.

Have dined here many times and keep coming back. Staff always efficient and friendly- and the seafood served as it should be- simple and delicious. Keep an eye out for "A listers" who appear .... You just never know who you'll see! Says it all really :-)

As we had three nights here with our walking holiday group, we had lots of opportunity to enjoy the great hospitality at this hotel. We were fortunate to have a large room overlooking Jura harbor. The hotel was spotlessly clean; staff were helpful and congenial. It was magical watching the sun rise over the harbor in the morning. We had...

We have just had a really lovely break at the Jura hotel - the perfect way to wind down for the first few days of our holiday. Fantastic location over looking the sea - well furnished and finished rooms. The staff and proprietors were very friendly and the food was very good. I could not fault it...

We stayed one night at this welcoming hotel close to the Jura passenger ferry pier. Staff attitude excellent particularly as we had made an error in our booking. The proprietor arranged alternative accommodation for our first night which was also excellent. A very comfortable bed afforded excellent night's sleep. Lovely Argyll made liquid soap in shower room. Comfortable guest lounge...

My wife and I had one night in the hotel a few days ago, me cycling, my wife driving. I called in for a coffee initially on my way north and at once had a good impression of the friendly and welcoming feel of the place. This continued for the rest of our stay. The room was very nice, with...

Just spent a night here with my partner. Stunning views all around, Staff and Customer Service very good. We booked 1 night B & B and paid way over £100 for the night. The room was nice but most of the furniture was dated and had seen better days. The room didn't have a TV , which in this day...

Gorgeous hotel, lovely room and very comfy bed. The hosts were amazing and we felt w ecould relax in the bar area and the lounge area. The rooms were laid out in a way that was useful to lay out suitcases and hang clothes - make drinks etc. Stunning views and nice beer garden - hardly any traffic, so really...

We decided to go to Jura for the weekend as the weather forecast for Sunday was good. The hotel is near to the pier, following a 50 minute ferry ride across rough seas on the Jura passenger ferry, which we can thoroughly recommend. The hotel staff were great, from the friendly receptionist to the chatty restaurant and bar staff. The...
