This was my first stay at Allt-Na-Craig and I would not hesitate to go back. Throughout my stay (new owners) Caroline and Philip were welcoming, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble!. I would highly recommend the Stornoway Black Pudding for breakfast- Philip is a very good cook and the hearty breakfast provided was the perfect start to anyone's...

Highly recommended! Very welcoming couple, who gave great advice about what to see in the area and where we could eat. The house is in a very peaceful location with stunning views. Coming home in the evening to a roaring fire was such a treat. Delicious breakfast also. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I have now stayed overnight on three occasions. Spacious and clean rooms. The owners are welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast. The only place to stay in Lochgilphead. This is a beautiful part of the world and the hotel has great views down the Loch.

This is how to do it right! A genuine warm and friendly welcome got better as the house is beautifully decorated and the most spick-and-span building you could imagine. Everything worked and was well screwed together (which experienced B&Bers will know is actually quite rare). The secure cycle storage, large car park, perfectly groomed gardens and comfortable sitting room were...

Stayed for one night in May, which was a shame as this is truly a first class place. Lovely house and host. I was travelling alone on a bicycle and was very pleased at being able to store the bike in a garage. Breakfast was lovely and the standard of the accommodation could not have been higher. Would recommend to...

We arrived in the early evening after a long drive down from north of Inverness. We were welcomed warmly by the host, who showed us to the room up a couple of flights of stairs. It is in an old large Victorian house, but has been well kept and is in good condition inside and out. It is situated in its...

After knocking the door I was greeted warmly by the owner who immediately took my case and led me to a very pleasant room. The property is beautiful, set in it's own well kept grounds with a wonderful aspect directly over Loch Fyne. The fittings and carpets are immaculate. My room had a great shower and very good wifi access....

My husband and I had a very comfortable overnight stay in late May. Our room was very acceptable and lovely views over the loch. Philip and Caroline provided an excellent breakfast in the sunny dining room and there was an good choice on offer.

A hidden secret. Not sure if I want to share!, On arrival we were made very welcome and were offered afternoon tea in the sitting room. The view from the large bay window was amazing. We felt at home immediately, so much so that I was quite happy to wander around in my slippers. Our room was front facing and...
