After a beautiful drive through the mountains, we certainly were not disappointed when we arrived at the cabin. Opening the stable door of the outside area we were greeted with a double ended bath, log burner and cosy blankets over the chairs. Through the sliding glass doors was the main room, perfectly laid out with a kingsize bed, little kitchenette, little table & chair set and wetroom behind a sliding wooden door. Once darkness fell was when the true magic came into play. The bath was filled with the piping hot water, deliciously smelling toiletries and surrounded with artificial candles. The fire was roaring and the twinkling fairy lights had come on. The bonus here is no WIFI meaning no interruptions or distractions. The bed is so comfortable!! This, the blackout blind and curtains meant we had a great nights sleep. Paul was great and gave us some pointers before we arrived and even sent an email while we were there to check everything was ok. This place is a hidden gem not to be missed

We had a lovely two night stay at the dell, it was so peaceful. We heard owls in the night which was fantastic. The cabin is modern inside and the sitting on the deck with the log burner was very nice with the lighting. The outdoor bath was fun but it was quite cool in the evenings in April. Inside there is a modern shower room.

We had a wonderful stay at The Dell at Glenlivet in the Gleann! It was the perfect, cosy escape. The cabin is beautifully crafted with a warm, rustic charm, it was an ideal spot to unwind and disconnect from the daily chaos. It’s listed as having no WiFi or phone service, which we loved for a true off-grid experience. (If you’re with EE, you may still get full 5G service—as I did—but a quick switch to airplane mode solved that!
The peaceful surroundings and stunning scenery were just what we needed to recharge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, adults-only retreat. We would definitely return!

This place is absolutely incredible. The cabin is beautifully finished with comfy beds and indoor heating (which is a must in the highlands). On the deck outside, the opportunity to have a bath in the private and stunning location whilst the wood burning stove is going is not an experience to miss out on. The host is lovely and could not do enough for us. We have stayed in many locations across Scotland and this stands out as one of the best!!

These cabins are 5 star! Tucked away in the middle of no where with stunning views and complete privacy. The log burner, outdoor bath, fairy lighting and the comfiest bed in the world make for a perfect trip. Paul was a fantastic host providing lots of information before arrival and checked in afterwards to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

Home from a stay in the Gleann cabin. Surrounded by peaceful woodland it was perfectly tranquil and EXACTLY what we needed to relax and celebrate my partners birthday 🥳 The cabin is perfect and has everything you need, our highlights were the wood burning fire and a delightful bath in the porch to relax and enjoy the scenic views. Also a plus that it is dog friendly! Mylo LOVED it. It’s off grid and off the main track so he could roam about the woods safely without the worry of him disturbing anyone else in the other 3 cabins. Paul is fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and was extremely accommodating & understanding! I would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be back.

Perfect getaway location. Cabin has everything you need for a self catering lodge, was extremely clean and has the bonus of a sheltered balcony to sit out in the evenings. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Lovely place to escape the city and relax.

The perfect get away for a relaxing time away from it all. The best blend between remote, off grid living and luxury. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the stars is utterly breathtaking, we even were lucky enough to view a passing comet! If you are looking around and considering where to book for a break from it all, just go ahead and book this, you will not regret it!

A perfect spot to relax and recharge. A couple of nights at this lovely eco cabin situated in a forest with amazing views is the perfect getaway. Luxuriously equipped with a lovely shower room and the worlds most comfortable bed you can’t help but wind down. The real star is the beautiful veranda where you can sit out enjoying the fresh forest air warmed by a wood burning stove and can have the experience of bathing outdoors in the sheltered and private veranda and look at the hills across with beautiful bath oil thoughtfully provided. Everything has been thought of to make your stay perfect. For adrenaline junkies there is lots to see and do in the area but I’m willing to bet the temptation to curl up with a good book will prevail. As it’s in an area of dark skies the evening stars will be spectacular but we were delighted to enjoy a beautiful summer weekend. With a gentle breeze even the dreaded midges kept away. Don’t miss a visit to Glenlivet distillery even if you’re not a fan of the amber nectar they will make you a cocktail you will love!
