Upon arrival, we were graciously greeted by the proprietors (and their two sweet chocolate labs)! We immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The outside views are breathtaking and the interior is just as cozy. All was immaculate and amenities were not overlooked. The beds were soft and warm. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I can't say enough wonderful things...

The Bank House is a lovely older home in the small village of Glenlivet. The hosts (and their friendly dogs!) welcomed us and even let us have our choice of rooms when we arrived. The house keeps some of the charm from having been a bank. We were directed to a lovely spot for dinner and then invited to have...

When we arrived we were very friendly welcomed by Ruud & Helen. They made us feel like guests in their house in stead of visitors in a B&B. They were very helpfull in chosing what to do: they know the area & restaurants very well. The B&B is also very beautiful: big and comfortable rooms, nice dining area & relaxing...

We stayed at the Bank House for two days. Even before we arrived we had a very good feeling about the host and hostess by the communication we had regarding hiking etc. We first enjoyed a nice evening in the guest lounge, the next morning we had a rather Dutch breakfast by our choice, and the host Ruud dropped us...

I stayed at Bank House for two nights while walking the Tomintoul spur of the Speyside Way. It is a beautiful house with very spacious rooms for its guests. And Helen and Ruud are wonderful hosts. They do everything to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

We stayed two nights and were well looked after by Helen and Ruud. Bank House is in a beautiful location with wonderful views to wake up to. Good choice for breakfast in the "stately" dining room with home-produced eggs.

We felt welcome even before we arrived when advised that the lights were on beckoning us, and the open fire was lit in the lounge for our arrival. We were greeted by the 4-legged welcome committee, Nevis and Flora, and our delightful hosts, Ruud and Helen. Nothing was too much trouble. Our stay was 5 nights and we used Bank...

We had such a fantastic stay at the Bank House. The region is gorgeous and the hosts are as hospitable as you could hope for. You feel like family. They go out of their way to help you get information about a destination, to get a reservation at a local restaurant or track down a local proprietor to get you...

We stayed at Bank House for two nights and had a really good time there. Rudd and Helen were very helpful and very welcoming. Nothing was a bother to them. They gave us afternoon tea and a nightcap on the house and their dog was a very welcome part of the family.

Lovely house, lovely spotless bedrooms, lovely garden, lovely dogs and yummy breakfast. Your hosts are friendly and full of useful information. This B&B is very close to Glenlivet Distillery. It is essentially rural so you would require a car. There is a nice little inn nearby that has excellent food, certainly within walking distance. The only person it wouldn't suit...
