We have just returned from a 5 day Shearings Coach trip at the Invercauld Arms had a wonderful time no complaints whatsoever, from the friendly helpful staff the cleanliness of the hotel and the good choice of food - which was always piping hot. A beautiful setting. Would stay there again. Also good day trips with knowledgable tour guide Debbie.

A greasy, small and skin-on haddock fillet in batter which managed to be oily and mushy at the same time, and so-so chips. Far below the standard of any self-respecting chippy. Beer and service pleasant,...

We arrived in Braemar with nowhere to stay and this was the only place with any vacancies. We had the deluxe room as that was all that was left and the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I found the staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful with the exception of the barman. We got down for breakfast ten minutes late...

I have read your through your review and am disappointed you found the staff to be unhelpful and not friendly, as they are always highly praised on trip advisor and in the guests comment cards. We will be discussing your comment regarding the restaurant. Kind regards Jane

One night stay at this hotel. Hotel apears tired, needs refreshing. Our room was clean and basic, but bathroom needed a refurb. We ate in the dining service was good but the food very basic, would recommend eating in bar or else where! Over all a very cheap night but you get what you pay for.Staff very helpful
