Great value for money for both room and breakfast. Bed very comfortable and slept very well. Hotel was very quite at night. Both evening meal and breakfast was very good although tea and coffee could have been a bit hotter. The receptionist was very helpful and also friendly.

Arrived Friday afternoon from Northumberland, to find we had a south facing room, with en-suite, large double bed and enough space for our clothes. Livingston designer outlet and the "Centre" are within two miles of the hotel and were the reason for our visit. Had afternoon tea in "Dobbies" Garden Centre, about 800 yards from the hotel. The hotel was of a very good standard. The Beefeater restaurant attached was excellent with a varied menu and good portion sizes. All of the staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and have used this hotel for many years. We find all the staff are like friends and do all they can to make you comfortable. The restaurant can be accessed through the hotel reception which is a bonus as you don't have to go outside when the weather is inclement.

You have a Beefeater pub restaurant next door which offers a bigger menu than some, particularly those with their own in house. Beefeater is good for steaks, breakfast is served...

Room had a smell of being well lived in. Had to reduce water pressure on shower to a trickle to get water hot enough. Standard wifi very poor. Paid £96 for one night so felt ripped off based on problems above!

Good location, near to the Livingston designer outlet centre. Nice welcome from Jen on reception who explained where everything was etc. Room was up to usual Premier Inn standard, clean and tidy. Only let down was the restaurant, after waiting 40mins for our meal to arrive, only the chips were hot! The other components of the meal (a mixed grill)...

Typical Premier Inn - clean, comfortable and efficient. Staff very helpful and non-intrusive. Location easy to find and close to motorway. Sound-proofing was excellent so no traffic noise. Bed was very comfortable.
