What a wonderful sight that greeted us from the wharf as we landed on the isle of Raasay. We had a long drive and had been enchanted by the isle of Skye itself, the fairy pools and wonderful countryside . We were enchanted by the view and it lived up to our expectation, wonderful rooms and a lovely dining experience....

We choose bay windows overlooking the sea, great decision. Food hear is exquisite fairly priced and tastes fresh. Staff really want to help you relax and have a good holiday, they are friendly helpful and care. Many interesting walks, some a bit steep but overwhelmingly wonderful views. This is an unspoilt part of Scotland not to be missed if you...

The most beautifully located hotel I have ever stayed in! Booked in for one night as part of a tour of the west of Scotland and blessed with glorious sunny weather for the short ferry crossing to get there. Very well presented hotel and greeted by extremely friendly staff who remained so for the duration of our stay. Excellent food...

Wonderful experience, after a long road trip from Aberdeen the scenery on the ferry across was breathtaking, the location opposite the Isle of Skye with the stunning views of the Cullins is simply unbeatable. Such a beautiful island and a great place to unwind. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming that just adds to the joy of the...

We were in the hebrides for a short holiday. We had never been to Raasay before, neither had my brother in law, a confirmed Skye resident of 30 years or so. The short ferry trip takes 30 mins and Raasay House is right in front of you. After some sight seeing the appetite was raised sufficiently enough for the siblings...

I had great expectations about this hotel. Unfortunately beside the great looking facade and view , there's much need for improvement. Reception , bar, entrance and restaurants have been renovated , but rooms are tired and surely need much attention. Cobb webs, dust, dirt, and stains all over. Tired linen and carpets. No working wifi ( if you notify reception...

Fabulous location and very easy to get to once you get off the Ferry. Sadly we were let down by the quality of the room and the food in the restaurant on the night we stayed. For £175 a night for a room the cleanliness and quality of the room was a let down, it could do with a spruce...

This is a lovely and comfortable hotel with beautiful grounds and an impressive view of the water. The hotel room was fairly basic but the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and we had a great sleep. We had breakfast and dinner in the dining room and it was excellent food. We loved exploring the island. The servers were...

Stayed here for one night in the only room available, on our last minute visit to Skye. The whole experience of crossing to the island on the ferry and seeing the imposing Raasay Hotel in the distance is very romantic, giving a real feel of 'getting away from it all'! The setting is amazing; looking down across the lawns to the...

Making the trip to the Isle of Raasay is worth it just to visit Raasay House Hotel and sit in their cafe/bar/library and look out at the view with a drink in hand. We went as a small conference and could not have been better looked after. The service was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our meeting room...
