We was here on breakfast and is really terrible. We get a toast without a cutlery and we must waited for food 30 minutes. The food not fresh and not taste. Staff not interested a customer. No recommend at all.

We stayed there last September. I don't recall the exact hours, but they are typical - mid afternoon check in and late morning check out. You can probably check in earlier if the room is ready. If not, there are places at the hotel to hang out before or after, including a nice residents' lounge where you can get drinks or tea/coffee, the public bar, and a large restaurant.
