Wonderful visit in Skye. Hotel location is top notch and is gorgeous. Had a great dinner in dining room one night and at the pub on site another night. Both spots are not to be missed. Hotel staff is very accommodating and trying the local whisky is a must.

Stayed at the end of January. Weather stormy but mild. Food exquisite. Delicious scallops. Staff both welcoming and delightful. Rooms warm. Almost too warm, remember to turn down the heating at night!. Beds comfortable. Hopefully return.

We decided this year, due to demand, to open up a second area with more live music and ceilidh and the feedback from many has been really positive. It took me absolutely ages to find a hotel on Skye that was open at this time of year and that accepted dogs. By the time I found Eilean Iarmain I was quite exasperated and would have accepted anything so I promptly reserved our room without hesitation. As it happens I wasn't just reserving any old place, I had stumbled...

Just went to the pub. The view and vista is amazing. Drive down this small road to kill some time and try to get close to the coast. It sits on the bay and is amazingly beautiful. We just had to stop for a pint and a dram. The staff where great and chatty and the pub was authentic, warm...

Wow this place is really quirky and special. The little pub has a lovely log fire with tables right beside it and on a winter's day this was just so comforting. The barman was cherry and very helpful and the food was very good, wholesome and delicious. There was some lovely Scottish music playing which added to the atmosphere and...
