Based right outside the campsite we are on is the Craignure Inn. Friendly staff and a well kept beer is on offer with some great good too....pizzas are good. A real fire was always on the go as the weather was cold, wet and windy which made it feel even more comfortable.

Given that 100 yards down the road I could probably have bought a bucket of fresh langoustine from a local fisherman for about half the price, a plate of microwaved frozen scampi that took 40 minutes to arrive, just didn't cut the mustard. Or the tartare sauce for that matter. Which we had to ask for and came in a...

Just wanted an old pub for some food on the Isle of Mull and this was perfect. Cosy with a log burner and friendly staff. I had the veggie spicy bean casserole which was pretty much the only veggie choice on the mains menu I could see but really nice and my wife had gammon and chips. Both enjoyed our...

My husband and l dropped in for a drink and where amazed how the local community helped. We where sitting by the lovely log fire and a local lady originally from Glasgow stepped in and thee kindled the ford which was going out. The bar got busy and the girls at the bar stepped in and looked after the kids...

Excellent breakfast, served by the very friendly chef, and good bar meal. Nice fire in the bar. Decent value for money, handy location next to ferry terminal. No complaints, it's a bit tired but room was clean and comfortable

Stayed one night (before catching the ferry). I really liked their haggis. My father refused to try it... but he was very happy with his burger. The room was nice and clean. They provided a little tub of very lovely shower gel (mine had run out...)

We stayed here the night before catching the first ferry and it couldn't have been better. Lovely staff who looked after us really well, delicious pub supper, well poured Guinness, very comfortable room. After supper, sitting in front of the lovely woodburner, Amy asked us if the dogs liked sausages?? So they got fed free too! I just wish every...

We popped in for a soup and a beer whilst waiting for the ferry. It was a cold and rainy day and we opened the door to a roaring fire, warm welcome and some good food. Within about ten minutes we felt at home and were debating whether to stay the night and catch the morning ferry instead. Great fire,...

Stumbled across this pub one bleak wet afternoon before getting the ferry back to Oban. We had been hoping to find somewhere warm and cosy, with good food and friendly service, where we could play cards by the fire and wait for the ferry. The Craignure Inn fit all our requirements and then some... In fact, I'd say it was...
