Outstanding service, great rooms and food, best night in years, would be lovely for couples as well. This was a wedding and it ticked all the boxes, breakfast was amazing, friendly and professional staff.

Returned again for our Christmas lunch, nice welcome from young man who showed us to our room and took our coats. Unfortunately the older gentleman who was obviously in charge must have left his smile at home! On the whole lunch went well but turkey choice didn’t go down well, po

I assume it’s not dog friendly?
According to Google it is pet friendly, there is a lodge separate from the main hotel building "offering all the amenities of home". I would say it's worth a phone call. I have never seen dogs within the main hotel but that does not mean that they are not allowed.

We are attending a wedding in August and was wondering what time we could have access to the room as we would like to get dressed in the room rather than get dressed at home and travel in our outfits kind regards Lorraine
Hi..I think if you contact the hotel directly they would be able to give you an exact answer. We got our rooms early as they had been vacant the night before and had been cleaned the day before.
