Glenmorangie House is beautiful, inside and out. We stayed in what I guess is one of the smaller rooms. There was a beautiful bed and it was so comfy. But the room was so small there was not room for a chair so there was no where to sit except on the bed. (There was a bench at the foot...

The Glenmorangie House is very private, genuine and very Scotland. Take a walk to the beach and be blown away (literally) by the wind, ocean and beauty. Food is excellent and of course the Glenmorangie special collections are on offer. This is a place to have a small wedding, a weekend with close friends - you can and should take...

As remote as can be, you can cut yourself from the rest of the world and bath in peace, tranquility, great food and most of all whisky. They looked after us as we were royalties, we ate and drunk as if we were in a two Michelin star and yet it was relaxed. This was helped by the fact that...

Absolutely stunning setting, rooms beautifully decorated, so comfy and clean. Meet with other guests before dinner in the sitting room for a chat and drink, great idea. Food tasted fantastic, presentation spot on. Nice walk down to the beach. Definetly go again.

This is our second visit here and there were no other guests staying so had the place to ourselves. The staff were extremely attentive and special thanks to Ronnie and John for making our stay so relaxing. The food was fabulous and the house itself is very comfortable.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting and it is really special. The hotel is furnished to very high standards with the accent on Glenmorangie whisky. Rooms are a cut above the ordinary - no kettle and no tv but who cares. Excellent breakfast in superb dining room. Just a great experience.

The house allowed us to have a birthday lunch there (not normally open at lunch time). The Team all made it the most wonderful experience. The food, the hospitality and not least the whisky were all superb. The setting is very special (we walked down to the beach before and after the meal) and we wanted for nothing for the...

Though not usually open for lunch this time of year, the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to come for a set 3 course meal for a special birthday celebration. The grounds were fantastic to take a walk down to enjoy the coast, the house itself was cosy and beautifully decorated. We had drinks in the Morning room which...

Stayed for one night for a birthday treat, enjoyed it all; the house, room, gardens, walk to the beach and nearby town, dinner, after dinner drinks, breakfast, staff, and as we were only two of three staying the night, it was like we had it all to ourselves!

Overlooking the unspoilt shores of the Dornoch Firth and nestled amongst the ruins of an old castle this 17th century house is both luxurious and intimate.
