Thanks for an interesting review. Last month less than 50% of our guests arrived by coach with the majority travelling by car. It's a shame coach guests are judged on their age, after all they are the ones still having a good time at 11pm....More

The lift is serviced regularly and receives a annual insurance inspection in line with current Health and Safety guidelines. We are a very busy hotel and sometimes there can be a slight delay waiting for the lift. Sorry if this caused any inconvenience. I'm glad...More

I am sorry but i have never stayed in a single room but i would imagine that they are as comfortable as all the other rooms i think you can upgrade your room

Room had a wardrobe, single bed, an armchair and a desk and chair. Very comfortable with all you need including a hair dryer and tea/coffee facilities. I paid a small amount to upgrade to a scenic room and it was worth every... More

Yes take snacks it’s a good 10 hrs from midlands with stops ,do do stop frequently for refreshments and food .hotel is excellent
