We arrived by motorbike after a day of being rained on. We were lucky that Aurora was our stop that night as Ann has the place so well set up for getting dry that within a few minutes we were snug and enjoying a cup of tea. The entrance hall has a bench and matting so that we could get...

This was an exceptionally comfortable and well run B&B with unbelievable views across the bay. Ann has a real eye for detail and has thought through all sorts of ideas to make her guests more comfortable (such as a fridge with fresh milk for morning tea!) Her published green policy for reducing her carbon footprint is also most impressive, but...

Truly excellent. Clean rooms, friendly service, good food (some from the garden). Ann has also thought about all those little things that make a difference, and has a really well thought out approach to sustainability. Thank you!

Had a lovely few days here recently. Ann was very friendly and helpful (could seem a little strict, but not unreasonably so). Comfortable bed and room, wonderful views from the lounge though we only saw seagulls not sea eagles! Breakfast was good too. Ann had lots of ideas and advice for the local area, which we made some use of....

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. We felt so at home here. Rooms are very generous as is the bathroom. Anne makes lovely jams sourced from her own garden. There is a lovely sitting room with TV and binoculars and telescope to check out the surrounding areas.

Large comfortable beds, and nothing was forgotten, even hot water bottles (if required), torches, telescope and binoculars .....and fantastic flapjacks! A superb lounge with a fantastic view of the wonderful sunsets. Ann has really worked hard to make this a wonderful place to...

Ann was very welcoming and informative on local facilities, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic and our room was brilliant. I would plan our next trip to this area to coincide with Auroras' availability. A great stay, and we were lucky with the weather also.
