Stayed here for a couple of nights for a family get together. We all loved the service, comfort and superb food offered in this hotel. They also have excellent real ales on tap which comes from a small local brewery in Ullapool.

The Hotel is quiet nice, the service excellent, the view very nice. The restaurant in the Hotel is delicious but expensive, the pub next to the hotel is more rustic and cheaper. There are not so many other restaurant, but there were also delicious. We expect from a hotel like this that also the manager greets and to each guest...

Dear florianw340, Thanks you for the feedback. It is always a joy for us to hear so many nice things about our staff, the quality of service and the food provided by our chefs. It seems that the team is performing on such a level that they manage to overshadow me in some aspects. But thank you for pointing that...

Just spent another two nights at the hotel, we ate in the bar one night then the restaurant the second. The presentation and the quality of the food was excellent as was the service. If you stay in the main building have a room with a sea view, you will not want to draw the curtains. The breakfast menu is also...

We stayed in the Summer Isles Hotel for one night. On arrival we were shown to our room which which a minutes walk from the main hotel. The room was warm, well decorated, clean and bathroom well supplied with toiletries. There was no TV in the room however we didn't really miss this. There is a public bar at the...

Dear Joseph D, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear about the damp carpet. That should not have happened. We have cleaned the carpet just a few days ago before your stay, it seem that it did not have the time to dry properly for which I apologise. It is nice to see that you have enjoyed dining with...

Just returned from two nights in the Summer Isles Hotel. It's been on our list for years as we live near Inverness and know the area well. We wanted somewhere dog friendly as our two black labs come everywhere with us when we are holidaying in the UK. We stayed in the Boat House - more of a cottage than...

We stayed here as part of our NC 500 trip and cannot wait to return and spend more than one night. After travelling from the Isle of Skye it seemed that the last 12 mile were more like 100 miles. When we drove into the hotel car park the sun was setting so we did not get to appreciate the...

When we booked Deborah had suggested that we have the Log House as we have 2 Black Labs and the extra space would be perfect. We arrived near 7pm due to the later ferry, Deborah took us to the Log House and it was quite a surprise, a mini house!!!!! Perfect, I just wish we could have stayed another night,...

Fantastic views, excellent device and wonderful food. We had the small seafood platter to share which was fabulous and great value for money. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Scotland at its best!

We stayed in the Chaplin Room, where Charlie himself stayed, and it was obvious why he liked this hotel. Its setting is stunning (see photograph), the hotel is comfortable and the personal quality of the service is outstanding. From Deborah's welcome, through the friendly but unobtrusive service in the bar and restaurant, everything contributes to the feeling of being valued...
