We got married at the Lovat on the 27th of September 2014 and had a totally fabulous day. In the run up to the wedding Caroline, the manager was really good with some strange requests such as a space in their freezer for our ice cream wedding cake and they were very flexible with the menu for our day -...

We selected this hotel as stop off point on a cross country cycle trip. When booking, receptionist advised that there was secure storage for our bicycles whilst in residence. The food served was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, and made our short stay a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to use...

He explained to us about the facilities of the hotel and our room and left us to it. We were on the third floor and had a...

After about combined 30hrs of air, rail & road transport, we arrived at The Lovat completely fagged out. The homely experience we met quickly settled us in and we went to have...

What a lovely place to stay. The staff were fabulous, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were very friendly. The hotel was being run on skeleton staff as the kitchen staff were attending an awards evening (which they won). This was a real shame as we had looked forward to dining in their 3 rosette restaurant. The room...
