My wife and I have used this establishment before and We have no hesitation in commending it to any visitor wanting real Highland hospitality, good food and a more than comfortable room. I walk with two sticks and Room 5 was perfect for ease of access. Previously we have taken a large dog with us.....and he too received the warmest...

If a few grand was spent this b&b could be really nice. Room 3 hasn't got ensuite and you have to walk down the creaky landing to use the toilet or bath/shower. Breakfast isn't the best or worse so could improve with better sausages and bacon. Offering a choice of what you want in the morning rather than the night...

We have stayed in many B&Bs throughout the years. The owner, Carol was by far the best host we have ever had. She was so friendly and so helpful. She is such a character. We loved her! We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The breakfast is wonderful and the portions are huge. All of...

It's a typical B&B with a good atmosphere inside, close to all facilities and to the center of Fort Augustus which is an interesting place to visit. The hostess was very nice and helped us with many useful information. The breakfast was very good, cooked at the moment and with many choices. Maybe the room was a bit little for...

We stayed one night with Carol, she is so kind and generous and went out of her way to help, even doing our laundry for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, one of us had the continental breakfast and the other the Scottish. Both were huge. We would definitely recommend this place.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a driving golf/distillery holiday of Scotland/Ireland in August 2015. The host Shiela was lovely and we had a great stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We would have no problems staying here again.
