I booked this because it was the closest location and indeed it is! the hotel is next to the Loch Ness exhibition, with parking and restaurant and local gift shops too. The receptionist Shiela was very helpful with advising the best way to explore and book our tour boat on Loch Ness and the restaurant above not only has excellent... More

Great staff, top marks to you. Excellent location for touring the Highlands. Our room was clean n tidy, bathroom could do with updating. I slept very well after riding over 360 miles. The food was nice but could do with a bigger choice of menu. I would stay here again.

Our room had two single beds and a bunk bed. It was perfect for a family. Upstairs bar/restaurant offered good food and reasonable price. The adjoining Loch Ness Museum and Boat Tours are very convenient. The Boat tour is only about 45 minutes, but that is all anyone really needs to get the gist of Loch Ness. Only negative was... Willie was such a friendly local staffer. He offered up a whole bucket of history and saved us a lot of time. He shared three really neat points of interest along the way and gave us history of the loch ness monster. He was worth the stop as was the coffee. You probably don't need to do the tour if... More

This hotel is part way up Loch Ness and not far from Urquhart Castle. The room was an apartment to the rear of the hotel with loads of free parking. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Initially pleased to find family room (that accepted our dog), after struggling to find accommodation in the area. We accepted the £10 fee for extra cleaning with our dog (usual in a hotel). On entering the room (more like a bunkhouse in a separate group of lodges) we were appalled to find a disgusting shower (I have pictures), with completely... More

We booked four rooms in the hotel which were all very far away from each other. Two were located in the lodge, one in the annex and one in the main hotel which wasn't ideal. The lodge and hotel rooms were nice but the room in the annex was not very good. Quite old and dated inside.

Very friendly staff, with many good tips about what to see (the walktrip to the lake was awesome). Nice room, the family ones are awesome! We had a big problem with the prenotation but they treated us very well and we solved everything very quickly and with great professionality. Nothing to complain at all!!!

Clean room - we were staying in one of the lodges. Good breakfast. Easy to reach local amenities. Perfect to explore Loch Ness in this area. Staff friendly and polite. Overall worth thinking about, maybe when there is an offer.
