Very dated and dusty hotel . Staff friendly and meals good although expensive. Drinks are also extortionate .

I Just want to add that today, 8 months after this all happened, I received an apology from a lovely staff member, Irene, and the payment refunded. I thought this was a really nice gesture after so long.
