This hotel has seen a better day. The “new”addition is very noisy and you hear everything above and next door.
On a positive note the breakfast was nice.
Wi-Fi is terrible and only available in a few rooms.

I Just want to add that today, 8 months after this all happened, I received an apology from a lovely staff member, Irene, and the payment refunded. I thought this was a really nice gesture after so long.
