What an amazing place to stay! Rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very large. The spa is breathtaking and we loved the outside jacuzzi especially when it was snowing. Staff couldn't be anymore attentive and we loved the shooting, was all our first time but would recommend others to try. Only thing we were disappointed with was food in the Clubhouse....

Visited yesterday to have a post Christmas treat of classic afternoon tea for 4. Hadn't been to the hotel before so didn't really know what to expect. The drive up on a beautiful sunny but cold day set the scene. The hotel is beautifully situated with extensive grounds which were covered in snow when we arrived. The setting is amazing....

Fantastic all round from start to finish. Special nod goes to the sommelier and check-in/check out staff which provided stand out service. It takes a huge amount of effort and attention to detail in raising the experience from good to great, which is certainly achieved at Gleneagles and the whole team should be proud of their achievements in this regard....

Simply the only way to bring in the New Year. It is fantastic. After a hectic Christmas, to come away and be totally spoiled for 5 days. Nothing is too much for the staff. The break is always welcomed by all the family.

As mentioned earlier, porter carrying cases looking for tip marred our welcome experience. The feeling of being somewhat fleeced in the American Bar marred what was a lovely wining and dining experience. However that was our choice. We could have left. We think your staff have just the right approach and our previous stay with family in November was absolutely...

Hotel is set in stunning grounds which are lovely to explore, the spa treatments are the best we have ever had but shame can only use some of the facilities together. Andrew fairlies is a must and was main reason we booked so weren't disappointed. The clubhouse was amazing for drinks and food, especially the tandoori and a lot cheaper...
