I Came here For my lunch as we managed to get a few hours off work. And had lunch this Weatherspoons was one of the best I have eaten in food fresh lovely surrounds I then had a flat white coffee and it was lovely and the rain started so decided to have another one and to my surprise it was free wasn’t expecting that and I went to the loo which to me is the most important part of a restaurant if it’s clean the kitchen is clean and it was the best penny I have spent in a long time would I go back ooohhhhh yyyyeesssss

I booked May 2016, paid through Expedia. Arrived to learn they were no longer in business, but they arranged a B & B for me on the beachfront. I truly appreciated the extra effort the owners of this B&B took to help me. I was even given a cup of tea and a kitkat while waiting for all arrangements to be confirmed. This home is now for sale. Thanks folks!

When we arrived we were met by Martin and Instantly felt at home and so welcome, it felt like returning to old friends just to welcoming. The B&B has such a homely feeling. The breakfast was cooked to order and was fantastic with a wide selection. I loved the scrambled eggs on toast so much I had it twice. My partner tucked in to a full fried breakfast each morning and he couldn't fault it. It was lovely and clean in a great location for walking into town and had off road parking which was ideal. You could sit downstairs if you wanted to watch tv or sit in the garden. It was fantastic and I couldn't say enough about it in that we intend to stay here always when we visit next time. I really couldn't say enough positive things only if you are thinking of going you will really not be disappointed. Perfect. We booked the rain room despite the single beds it was roomy and felt like home. The bathroom was massive and both rooms great you great space.

From the moment we arrive till the time we left we were made so very welcome and were treated almost like family and when it came to breakfast, all I can say is it was a real treat and cooked to perfection. We were only there for one night but we had a very comfortable twin bedded room with en suite all spotlessly clean. Next time we are back in Largs we know where we will be staying. Thanks for a great nights stay Martin and Barbara

We did not expect how modern this B&B was! It was beautiful! Breakfast was fantastic! I'd recommend the scrambled eggs! Only a few minutes drive to the Brisbane hotel (we were attending a wedding) Highly recommended and would stay again :-) (sorry for late review but only registered for trip advisor few days ago!)
