My husband and I stayed in Largs overnight. We received a friendly welcome from Andy. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. ( Also very quiet ). A great choice at breakfast. We would highly recommend this lovely guesthouse to visitors to Largs.

A fantastic four days over New Year. Breakfast was excellent. Choose what you wanted. Served by the lovely Andy. Room was fantastic, everything you needed. Car parking was no problem. Not far from town and a local bus service outside property. Will definitely be back.

We often went to Nardini's on the sea front with our young children. there are two premises sharing the building now; one is an Italian restaurant and the other is the traditional tea rooms. I would suggest the Italian restaurant for a family friendly meal particularly if you go around 6..00.

Hi, Unfortunately none of the rooms have baths, only en-suite showers. If you have any other questions then please ask. Thank you. Regards Andy

Hi Maureen, You can get to Arran, Bute and Cumbrae by ferry easily and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine either in Largs or on the islands if we are fortunate enough to get some.

Dear Maureen, Yes, there is a large walk in shower in the room you have booked. There are plenty of restaurants in Largs, there is the famous Nardinis on the seafront which also has a Tony Macaroni, there is The Room and The Lounge which are both good for steaks, chicken, burgers, Scotts at Largs Yacht Haven(the marina) which is a 25 minute walk along the front, or a 5 minute drive - is a bit more up market. There is an indian restaurant, the Koh-i-Noor in the centre, and several smaller places to eat. There are bars such as The Three Reasons on the front, and McCabes on Main Street in the centre too. Places to go and things to see, could you let me know what kind of activity you are interested in and I'll let you have some ideas? Walking, cycling, historical, nature, shopping or whatever else you may have in mind would be useful. Andy
