Actually first time I have stayed at a B&B...and this wont be the last. Excellent night. Warm friendly welcome, king size bed which was very comfy. Good size room, warm, clean and en-suite was great. Quiet all night and had a great sleep. The B&B is only a few minutes from the sea front and about 10 mins from bars/restaurants....

Lovely friendly welcome from Andy on arrival. We stayed in room 4 which is on the first floor and has the biggest comfiest bed. The added touches of 'proper' shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom were much appreciated. Free wifi a great bonus. Breakfast was one of the best we've had. Good quality ingredients and great service. Would...

Only stayed here one night and were very impressed at the high standard of accommodation. Our room and en suite were spotless and spacious and included bottled water along with the usual tea and biscuits. Guests also have access to a fridge for fresh milk to put in their tea rather than the UHT capsules on the hospitality tray. Although...

I stayed at this bed and breakfast last year and was hopeful that the same high standards were still in place on my recent return visit. As before, I was very pleased with the warm welcome extended by the owners and the double room I stayed in was spotless and had all the amenities you would hope for. The area...

Stayed 5nights. It has good beds , good internet, good breakfast, good parking, and is run by nice pleasant people. It's 15 min walk (£3 cab) from the railway station, 5 min walk from the sea front. Peacefull and quite. Other guest noise is not bothersome. I would stay there again next time I was in Largs.

The staff/owners Anne, David and Andy have done a great job in welcoming me during my visit to Largs. I would certainly stay there again. The Scottish breakfast is great and the rooms spotless with large towels, as I am large myself this was great. It is the little things that make the stay better.
