Nice B&B in the coastal town of Lossiemouth. Frances was very welcoming and helped us out when my son came back with his caught fishes and was looking for a place to prepare them. The garden is beautiful and it is a short distance to the beach and the golf course. The family are happy to extend a warm welcome...

Stayed for a long weekend in this very comfortable, clean and well run B&B with my fiancé. Frances and her small team of staff are welcoming and friendly. Brekkie is great although a bit too early for us on some mornings (7-9am). Overall top quality and superb value for money. Would not hesitate to book again.

A well run B&B, which is welcoming and good value for money. The breakfasts were excellent and Frances was very accommodating in terms of fitting times around my arrangement. Quiet and peaceful and rooms very comfortable. The bathroom, although separate from the room, was immediately next door and I had private use of it, and it was modern and spacious.

Booking well managed by Frances. Wonderful property, well tended by pleasant handyman. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Rooms spotless. Ample local tourist information readily available. Hearty breakfasts. Some rooms with views. Small niggle, WiFi drops out intermittently, maybe needs 5gHz channel. Will certainly use this bnb again and advise friends.

My father and I rented two separate rooms at Lossiemouth House for 2 nights while travelling through Scotland. I have to say that it was the best place we stayed at during our whole trip through Scotland. Very, very lovely clean rooms and a homely atmosphere. A freshly cooked and very good breakfast was included in the price. The beautiful...

Stayed here in the middle of doing the Moray Coastal trail. Perfect location. Close to restaurants. Greeted by the lovely owner on arrival. Large rooms with comfy beds. Request the ensuite room as not all were. Selection of breakfast options. Definitely stay again.

Lossiemouth House is well situated in the centre of town, very close to shops and the beach. Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed both Lossiemouth, and Lossiemouth House. Frances is a veteran in the B&B business and makes you feel very much at home. Breakfast was very good. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean,...

Clean, well-appointed bedrooms and very good breakfast. We went off the appointed menu for cooked breakfast and every variation under the sun was provided with only the most minor intake of breath! We would happily return as value for money was excellent and our walk along the easily accessible beach was fantastic. Secure parking.
