Recently stayed at Norland B & B for the first time. What a fantastic find. Ishbel is a great host, straight from the beginning makes you feel very welcome. Even our pet dog! Very clean. Really comfortable. Great breakfast. Stunning sea views. What more can I say, apart from, we can't wait for another weekend away in Lossiemouth to stay...

We stopped here for one night, and there is no doubt that we would return when in the area. The property, and our room were very comfortable, and the service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and set us up for the day. The view from our room was marvellous. We would both recommend this as a place to...

Norland is a prime example of the definitive Guest House that Scotland can do so well. A traditional house with a wonderful situation overlooking the West Beach and seashore. Room beautifully presented and clean with an outstanding Scottish breakfast that you simply must experience. Ishbel welcomes you to her home and provided a memorable overnight B&B experience. Thoroughly recommended! Ian...

We stayed for 3 nights at the Norland over Christmas 2016. The room was spotlessly clean, with a large king size comfy bed and en-suite shower toilet. At breakfast there is a large selection of cereals, fruit and preserves to compliment a wonderful cooked breakfast. Ishbel could not have been more helpful and accommodating allowing us to bring our well...

Fabulous stay at Norland on 7 Dec. Spotlessly clean room with a great view and nice neighbourhood. Ishbel took care of us very well with a delicious breakfast. The B&B is also in a great area that is close enough to amenities but far enough to preserve the tranquility.

We were made to feel so welcome by the wonderful host Ishbel and her family. The house is immaculate throughout, with lovely decor in this surprisingly spacious house, We found ourselves in a lovely room with superbly appointed en-suite and colour co-ordinated decoration and fittings, which would put many far more expensive hotels to shame. Add the amazing panoramic view...

We travelled from Blackpool to Lossiemouth for our first overnight stop of a short visit. The Norland was our choice due primarily to its location (close to west beach) and taking account of other favourable reviews. We were not disappointed. The proprietor Mrs Harris made us feel very much at home as she introduced us to this well kept B...
