Kenneth and Graham are the perfect hosts. Helpful, friendly and hospitable but also leave you to get on with it. Lovely welcome with mugs of tea and Tunnocks teacakes. Super breakfast with the best porridge (and black pudding my husband says). Bed and room very comfy and perfectly located for Forres. Lots of info available on local eateries etc. If...

My wife and I spent three days bed and breakfast at this popular B&B. I now know why it is so well thought of. The breakfast is as good as one would get in a 5star hotel. The service is probably better. We both found the proprietors Kenneth and Graham excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The room we were...

Very nice B&B. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. They obviously love what they do, evidenced by the very clean rooms, nice décor, home-made preserves(!), etc. Food was very good, and my wife was very complimentary about the porridge.

I've recently spent a total of 4 nights (2 nights on 2 separate occasions) at Reiver House and was extremely pleased with all aspects of my stays. As many other reviews have stated, the rooms are lovely and the breakfasts are superb; it is obvious that only the highest quality products are used. The breakfasts are cooked-to-order and are beautifully...

The proprietors of Reiver House, Kenneth and Graham, are two of life's true gentlemen. Once we got past the opening preliminaries, we found ourselves having very interesting conversations about life, politics and anything else that came up - and i'm sure we would have continued to explore many issues if we had stayed longer. As it was we bumped into...

Such kind and welcoming hosts who genuinely care about your wellbeing. Lovely extra touches, such as insisting on helping with luggage and offering an array of homemade jams at breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location offers easy access to the area. Outstanding service from the hosts - would thoroughly recommend!

The hosts are lovely, they helped us find something to eat and drink for the evening hours. And the places they recommended were great, really good food! The best thing for me was in the morning is amazing. Freshly cooked and there is everything you could wish for. Even a traditional scottish breakfast. Of course the rooms are very tidy...

Stayed here for two nights with my father & brothers as we were in Forres, sadly for a family funeral. Kenneth & Graham were welcoming hosts, very friendly and helpful in checking my brothers flight was on time, directing us to their supplier of Stornaway black pudding in Elgin. The rooms were very comfortable, with tea & coffee making facilities...
