Love quaint B and B, spotlessly clean, warm welcome, good food and plenty of it. Room clean, warm, small touches like shampoo and shower gel available. Lovely view over to ferry terminal. Can recommend this place. Internet only available downstairs.

Stayed here 1st April a last minute booking for 1 night. Room 4. What a view, pictures from room 4. fabulous. Great welcome fabulous breakfast beautifully cooked. We had a great nights sleep even with windows open right on the front was so quiet. Will definitely stay here again. Just loved it.

Having stayed at Auchrannie before I decided to book last minute at a b&b for a change of scene and so glad we did. We are planning a new trip pretty soon. The place is really dated but i think thats what adds to the experience as we normally stay in really modern hotels and this was just so quaint....

Stayed here on business in early November 2016. Room very comfortable and reasonably priced. Central location with outlook to Goat Fell and the bay. Lots of parking on street and in driveway. WiFi good and free. Didn't eat as I was a late booking so can't comment on this. No card facility, so be prepared to pay cash/cheque...this is no...

It seems more like a guest house than a hotel, because of the welcome that you get. I've stayed here on three occasions due to work commitments, & I'm looking forward to my next visit in the new year.

This place was a great get away spot. It was quiet and neat. Details were paid attention to and everything was always topped up in the bathroom as well as in the room such as, tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was a delight and Helen did her best to make us feel at home. There was something about the place...

Stayed 2 nights and we were well looked after. Helen was an excellent host and delivered first class hospitality. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and lots of attention to the extras regards shower gels , soap, face cloth, towels, tissues, tea and coffee, hair drier and our room had a magnificent view over the sea. Breakfast was...

This is a mixed review and although it seems mostly negative it doesn't mean I wouldn't stay again. Positives include - dog friendly accommodation, close to ferry terminal, medical centre next door, two minutes away from shops, great views from ground floor twin room which was big and clean, free wifi and friendly welcoming staff. Negatives - fousty smell on...

Lovely breakfast. Helpful and friendly host, nothing was a trouble. Clean room with good facilities and perfectly located in a stunning setting. Was over on a cycling trip for a night with a group of friends, able to store the bikes in the hut and leave our bags on the Sunday while we cycled round the Island. Would def use...
